Workflow

Six steps from photo to sold

This is the whole operation. Everything else on this page sits underneath it.

01

Your photos come back ready to publish

Upload the originals from your phone or camera. You get the same background, crop, format, and watermark on every watch — every time. The originals are always kept.

02

Write nothing. Enter the facts once

Brand, reference, condition, box, and papers. KLOCKTECH turns that into a finished title, description, and spec sheet — in every language and format your channels need.

KLOCKTECH never invents missing watch information. The dealer approves the final listing.

03

Every channel gets its own correct price

You set your rules once — cost, margin, currency, shipping, marketplace fees, and how much room you want for negotiation. KLOCKTECH does the math for each channel.

  • List price

    224 500 SEK

  • Target price

    216 000 SEK

  • Floor price

    205 000 SEK

04

One click puts the watch live everywhere

Check the channels you want and hit approve. No logging in to marketplaces, no copying text, no re-uploading images.

05

Change it once, it changes everywhere

New price, reserved for a customer, hold released, or sold. You do it in one place and every channel follows within minutes.

06

Nobody has to ask what happened

One shared record per watch with roles, assigned tasks, and a full history of who did what and when.

Image editing

What KLOCKTECH does to every photo

Same watch, same reference, same condition — cleaned up to catalog standard and watermarked, so buyers see exactly the piece they are buying.

  • Watch straightened, centered, and cropped
  • Light, shadow, and color corrected
  • Your watermark applied
  • Exported to every channel size

Media fidelity

We clean the photo. We never change the watch

The buyer has to see the watch you actually own. Editing is restricted to the background and the frame — the watch itself is protected.

Allowed

  • Background replacement and your own templates
  • Crop, resize, and format per channel
  • Restrained exposure, white balance, and sharpness
  • Realistic shadow and your watermark outside the watch

Never

  • Redrawing or beautifying the dial, hands, bezel, case, or bracelet
  • Hiding scratches, patina, dents, or any condition evidence
  • Touching engravings or serials
  • Generating a watch that isn't the one you photographed

Originals are always preserved, every edit is versioned, and you compare original against processed before anything is approved.

Lifecycle

Every watch has one status everybody can see

The status in KLOCKTECH is the truth. Each channel listing has its own state underneath it — queued, publishing, live, update pending, paused, or delisted.

  • Draft

Private work in progress. Save it half-finished. It is never public.

  • Ready for review

Submitted by whoever prepared it, if your shop uses approvals.

  • Approved

Data, images, and price are signed off and ready to publish.

  • Active

Live on the channels you picked. KLOCKTECH stays the source of truth.

  • Reserved

    A time-bounded hold — 12, 24, 48, 72 hours, or your own duration.

  • Sold

Final. Sold beats everything else and blocks any republish.

  • Withdrawn

Off the market without losing history. Can go back live.

  • Archived

Historical record only. No public listing can remain.

Sale and takedown

A sold watch cannot stay online

Selling the same watch twice is the expensive mistake. KLOCKTECH is built so it can't happen quietly.

First sale wins

For a serialized watch exactly one sale can succeed. Duplicate or simultaneous signals are ignored safely, and every other live channel is queued for takedown.

Remove everywhere

One emergency action pulls the watch from every live and paused channel at the top of the queue. Anything unresolved becomes a visible incident.

Drift detection

KLOCKTECH regularly checks your own live listings against what it expects and raises an action with channel, item, observed state, and owner.

Nothing fails silently

Failed publishes retry, then land in an action queue with an owner and a next step. Reservation expiry, connector expiry, sync drift, and stale listings all notify you.

Control and accountability

Serious underneath

Everything sensitive is permission-scoped, logged, and reversible. Nothing reaches the public without a person approving it.

Roles and permissions

Serials, acquisition cost, price edits, floor overrides, review, publishing, sales, connectors, reports, and exports are each permission-scoped. Restrict people by store, warehouse, or vault location.

Full audit trail

Every protected action is recorded with who did it, when, what changed, and why. Overrides require a reason.

Serials stay private

Full serials are encrypted and permission-scoped. They are masked or hidden in public payloads and exports unless you explicitly authorize it.

Nothing publishes by itself

AI proposes; a person approves. A connected channel is never an automatic destination — you tick the destinations per watch.

Set up once

Your rules, your markets, your team

Configure the shop once and every new watch inherits it.

  • Languages

Listing copy and translations per channel, reviewed by you

  • Currencies

Base and reporting currency, FX, fees, and rounding rules

  • Locations

Stores, warehouses, and vaults with access limited per user

  • Channel rules

Per-channel adjustments, image templates, and watermark defaults

Reporting

Know what you own and what it earned

Numbers your management can act on, straight from the same records the team works in.

  • Inventory count and value
  • Listing age per channel, 30/60/90-day alerts
  • Sales, revenue, and gross margin
  • Marketplace fees per channel
  • Days to sale by brand and model
  • CSV, XLSX, and PDF exports for management
