The operating platform for watch dealers
Upload photos and a few facts. KLOCKTECH edits the images, writes the listing, sets the right price per channel, publishes everywhere you sell, and pulls the watch from every channel the moment it's sold.
How it works
About 10 minutes of your time per watch instead of an afternoon of copying, editing, and retyping.
Photos and the basic facts: brand, reference, condition, box, and papers.
Images, listing copy, and a price for every channel — ready for you to review.
The watch goes live everywhere you sell, and stays accurate until it's sold.
You handle the watch and the customer. KLOCKTECH handles everything in between
What KLOCKTECH does
You keep doing what only you can do: buying, valuing, and selling watches. KLOCKTECH does the rest.
Images
You Upload raw photos. You get clean, cropped, watermarked images in the format each channel wants.
Listings
You enter the facts once. You get a finished title, description, and spec sheet for every channel.
Pricing
You set your rules once. Each channel gets its own price with fees, shipping, and margin already built in.
Publishing
You approve once. The watch goes out to every channel you picked — no logging in anywhere else.
Inventory
One watch record shows whether it's live, reserved, on hold, sold, or pulled. Always the same answer.
Takedown
You mark it sold once. KLOCKTECH pulls it from every channel within minutes.

Image editing
Same watch, same reference, same condition — cleaned up to catalog standard and watermarked, so buyers see exactly the piece they are buying.
Before and after
Everything on the left is work your team does today. Everything on the right is what's left after KLOCKTECH.

Serious underneath
Simple on the surface, strict underneath. Every public action is approved by a person and recorded.
Nothing Publishes Itself
KLOCKTECH Prepares everything, but a person picks the channels and approves before a watch goes public.
A Sold Watch Comes Down
One sale wins, everywhere. Every other channel is pulled automatically, and you're alerted if one resists.
Serials Stay Private
Serials, costs, and customer details are encrypted and only visible to the people you allow.

Questions
Straight answers for professional watch dealers evaluating inventory, CRM, and multi-channel operating software
KLOCKTECH is B2B watch dealer software that gives professional dealers one controlled source of truth for each physical watch. It brings inventory records, images, serial handling, locations, customer activity, channel pricing, publication status, reservations, sales, and reporting into one workflow. KLOCKTECH works with the dealer's own data and authenticated accounts. Read the watch dealer inventory software buyer's guide.
Professional businesses that buy, sell, consign, or manage watches: independent pre-owned dealers, boutiques, wholesalers, and multi-location dealer groups. It is designed around one-of-one, high-value stock rather than interchangeable retail units. It is a business product, not a personal collection app.
A spreadsheet stores rows, a generic CRM centers on contacts, and an ecommerce platform such as Shopify centers on a storefront and checkout. KLOCKTECH is designed around the individual watch and its full operating history: serial privacy, condition, box and papers, images, cost, custody, location, channel-specific prices, publication state, reservations, and sale status. It complements the business systems you already run.
No. KLOCKTECH is dealer operations software. It is not the buyer or seller, and it is not a payment provider, escrow service, carrier, insurer, authentication authority, or professional valuer. The dealer remains responsible for each watch, listing, price, customer transaction, and connected sales account.
Yes. Customer records, inquiries, preferences, wish lists, follow-up tasks, reservations, and purchase history connect to the dealer's own watch inventory. A wish-list match searches only stock belonging to or authorized by that dealer, and customer access follows staff permissions and the dealer's privacy notice. See the guide to what a watch dealer CRM should track.
Each physical watch gets its own permanent stock record, even when several watches share the same reference. Fields include brand, model, reference, serial, year, condition, service notes, box, papers, accessories, source, ownership or consignment status, cost, public price, internal price, location, custody, tags, images, selected channels, reservation, and sale history.
The full serial stays in a restricted backend field, and a separate public representation is created when you choose to show a masked value. Full serials stay out of public filenames, metadata, descriptions, and channel fields unless a supported private field requires them and you instruct the transfer. Duplicate checks are confined to your own account and use internal identifiers such as serial or SKU. Learn more about watch serial-number tracking.
The reservation workflow records who created the reservation, the related customer or transaction, the reason, and the expiry time. You define permitted durations and decide whether expiry releases the watch automatically or requires staff approval. A reservation changes the central availability state and triggers the configured action on selected channels, with delayed or failed updates left visible for follow-up.
Yes. Physical location, custody, ownership, and sales status are separate. A watch can be available for sale while stored in a safe, held by an authorized service provider, owned by a consignor, or moving between stores. A transfer records the previous location, destination, responsible users, and timestamps instead of overwriting the old value. See the multi-location watch inventory guide.
KLOCKTECH is built for role-based access. A photographer can prepare images without seeing acquisition costs, a salesperson can create reservations without changing financial rules, and a reviewer can approve listings without administering users. Sensitive actions — serial access, price overrides, publication, transfers, exports, and sales — are attributed to a user and time in the audit history.
Reporting uses your own operational data: inventory value, days in stock, aging buckets, realized margin, sales by period, location or channel, reservations, and publishing exceptions. Definitions stay consistent, so "days in stock" has one documented start event. Alerts prompt a review after a chosen period without forcing a price reduction. See the watch inventory aging KPI framework.
Yes, where a supported and authenticated connector is configured. You select destinations per watch rather than pushing the full inventory everywhere. KLOCKTECH then prepares the permitted title, description, images, currency, price, and product fields for each destination. Read about building a dealer-owned multi-channel source of truth.
Support depends on the current connector register, the destination's available interface, and your authenticated account permissions. One connector may support publication and price updates, while another is feed-only or requires a manual sale step. Ask which actions are supported now, which require configuration, and which remain manual.
A confirmed reservation or sale — entered by you or received through a connector — updates the central inventory state before the related channel actions are scheduled. KLOCKTECH then sends the permitted pause, availability, or withdrawal instructions and records the result per destination. Pending and failed actions stay visible for reconciliation. This reduces double-selling risk, though no software can guarantee a third-party service updates instantly.
One controlled view shows your base price, currency conversion, channel adjustment, expected fee, and final customer-facing price. You define normal rules by channel, then approve or override the result for an individual watch. Exchange-rate source and timestamp stay visible, and intentional manual prices are never silently overwritten. See the channel-specific watch pricing guide.
The image workflow preserves your uploaded original and creates traceable derivatives for crop, size, background, restrained tonal correction, serial masking, and permitted watermarking. Generative changes stay outside a protected watch mask: no removing scratches, changing the dial, rebuilding a component, or concealing condition evidence. See the marketplace-ready watch photography checklist.
AI organizes verified fields from your own record into draft titles, descriptions, and translations. Unknown information stays unknown — the system does not invent authenticity, provenance, service history, condition, or technical facts. A knowledgeable user checks and approves the final text. Use the AI watch listing review checklist.
KLOCKTECH is built around tenant isolation, role-based access, and least-privilege controls, so one dealer cannot view another dealer's inventory, images, serials, pricing, or customers. Access controls, encryption, logging, backup, incident handling, and shared responsibilities are stated in the current agreement and security documentation.
For customer records processed on your instructions, you normally act as controller and KLOCKTECH as processor. The Data Processing Agreement defines instructions, security measures, subprocessors, international-transfer safeguards, incident duties, assistance, and deletion. Review the current DPA, subprocessor register, and data locations before enabling production data.
You retain your rights in the inventory records, original photographs, customer records, descriptions, and other data you supply. KLOCKTECH receives only the rights needed to provide, secure, and support the contracted service. Exportable data, formats, retrieval windows, deletion, and optional migration assistance are described in the subscription and exit terms.
Onboarding starts with your own spreadsheet, image library, and authorized system exports. The process identifies a permanent stock ID, cleans duplicate records, standardizes statuses and locations, maps images, defines user roles, and tests representative watches before cutover. Connected accounts require authenticated access and connector validation.
Commercial plans are being finalized. Current availability, subscription scope, onboarding work, included usage, and any optional service fees are confirmed directly with KLOCKTECH before agreement. Business prices, VAT treatment, and every additional charge are disclosed in the applicable order form or verified checkout.
Until Klocktech AB is registered and a valid transfer takes effect, KLOCKTECH is operated by Heritage Timepieces AB, Swedish organization number 559491-1157, VAT number SE559491115701, Kungsgatan 2C, 223 50 Lund, Sweden. The current company information, privacy notice, and order form always identify the actual contracting and data-protection entity.
