B2B service only

Klocktech is intended only for legal entities, sole traders and other persons acting for purposes connected with their trade, business or profession. A person accepting contractual terms represents that they have authority to bind the customer organisation. Klocktech does not accept consumer subscriptions under these terms.

Electronic contracting information

Until an online checkout has been implemented and legally verified, Klocktech subscriptions are concluded only through an Order Form signed electronically or on paper, or through an individual email exchange that clearly identifies the final Order Form and incorporated document versions. A website form, account creation, demonstration request or waitlist submission does not by itself conclude a paid subscription.

Before any online checkout is enabled, this page and the ordering interface must state the actual technical steps to conclude the contract, available languages, correction tools, whether the Provider archives the contract and whether the Customer can access it, and the electronic confirmation process. The Customer must be able to review and correct input errors and store or reproduce the applicable terms before ordering. The Order Form or checkout must state the contract language, subscription term, price, taxes, enabled modules and special terms.

Unless an Order Form states otherwise, contracts may be concluded in English. If a translated version is supplied, the signed Order Form identifies which language controls.

Prices and tax

Klocktech pricing is stated in the Order Form or relevant checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, business prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. Any additional transaction, implementation, support, storage, API or third-party fees must be identified before they become payable.

Regulatory status

Klocktech is a software provider. It is not a watch marketplace, auctioneer, financial adviser, valuer, payment institution, escrow provider, carrier, insurer, customs agent or authentication authority unless a signed Order Form expressly adds a regulated or professional service. A customer remains the seller and operator of its own connected sales channels.

Intellectual property and independence

Klocktech and its materials may contain trademarks or references belonging to third parties. Those references identify compatibility or destinations and do not imply endorsement. Klocktech is independent from watch manufacturers and marketplaces unless a written partnership statement says otherwise.

Changes and archived versions

Each legal page displays a version and date. Material contractual changes are notified as described in the SaaS Subscription Terms. Prior versions should be retained in an accessible archive so a customer can determine which version applied during a given period.
