Beta, preview, pilot, trial and early-access features (“Beta Features”) are pre-release and available only to invited or approved business users. The Customer must opt in and may use them solely for evaluation and feedback unless the Provider expressly approves production use.
Beta Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, incompatible, unavailable or discontinued. They may contain defects and are not covered by an SLA, production support commitment or conformance warranty unless a pilot agreement expressly says otherwise. The Customer must maintain independent copies of important data and must not rely on a Beta Feature for a critical sale, reservation, compliance decision or sole record.
Before enabling a Beta Feature, the Provider will identify any materially different data categories, vendor, location, retention, training use or security limitation. A free Beta Feature must not process production personal data, confidential production watch data, live credentials or the sole copy of an operational record. Production use requires a signed pilot or Order Form that expressly approves the data, DPA coverage, security controls, vendors, locations, retention, support and monetary liability floors.
At the end of a beta, the Provider will state whether data is migrated, exportable or deleted. The Customer should export available data before the announced end date.
The no-scraping and authorised-inventory boundary, tenant isolation, privacy, intellectual-property, image-integrity, security and lawful-use requirements apply fully to Beta Features. A beta may never be used to test collection of another dealer's information or manipulation of a photographed watch.
The Customer grants the Provider the feedback right in the SaaS Terms. Unannounced features, designs, benchmarks and technical information may be Provider Confidential Information. The Customer must not publish screenshots or performance claims without permission.
Beta Features are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Provider may suspend or discontinue them at any time. For claims arising solely from a free Beta Feature, the aggregate liability cap is SEK 5,000 and cannot be reduced below that amount by a zero-fee calculation, including for confidentiality, privacy and security claims. It applies whether or not the Customer complied with the prohibited-data rule; it does not legitimise prohibited use, waive Customer responsibility or expand the Beta Feature. A signed production pilot must specify separately approved higher monetary floors and risk allocation. Mandatory-law and non-excludable categories in the SaaS Terms remain unaffected.
