Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Klocktech aims to make its website and B2B application usable by people with disabilities and to integrate accessibility into design, development, testing, content and support. The target for the web interface is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.

This is a target, not a current certification. An independent or suitably qualified audit has not been completed at the date of this draft, so Klocktech must not claim full conformance before testing and remediation.

2. Planned measures

• semantic structure, headings and labels;

• keyboard access and visible focus;

• sufficient contrast and scalable text;

• alternatives for meaningful images and status indicators;

• clear validation, errors and instructions;

• captions or transcripts for instructional media;

• avoidance of colour as the only signal;

• accessible authentication and timeout handling; and

• accessibility checks in design review and release testing.

Generated descriptions and image-background processing do not replace meaningful alternative text. Product photos should be described accurately without asserting condition or authenticity beyond verified data.

4. Legal scope

Klocktech is currently designed as a B2B-only service. Swedish accessibility legislation implementing the European Accessibility Act primarily addresses specified products and services offered to consumers, with an exemption for qualifying microenterprise service providers. Applicability must be reassessed if Klocktech is offered to consumers, enters a covered service category, grows beyond an exemption, or a Customer contract imposes specific standards.

5. Review

Before launch, Klocktech should complete automated and manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast and form testing; document known limitations and remediation dates; and update this page with the test date, method and genuine conformance status.
