A business Customer should identify its legal name, account, relevant Order Form or invoice, affected feature or record, dates, people already contacted, supporting material and requested resolution. The Provider proposes to acknowledge a formal complaint within five business days and aim to give a substantive response within 20 business days. Complex security, data, third-party or technical matters may take longer; the Provider will explain and give updates.
An accessibility concern follows the Accessibility Statement. A personal-data complaint or rights request follows the Privacy Notice and DPA. A rights-holder notice follows the IP and Content Policy. A vulnerability follows the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
If first-line handling does not resolve a subscribed Customer's complaint, either party may request escalation to an authorised manager. For a contractual dispute, the parties will attempt good-faith executive negotiation for 30 days after a written dispute notice before filing proceedings, unless urgent interim relief, a limitation deadline or security need makes waiting unreasonable.
Notices of material breach, termination, transfer, indemnity claim or legal proceedings must be in writing and sent to the notice addresses in the Order Form, with Provider notices copied to legal@heritagetp.com. Email is deemed received on the next business day unless a delivery failure is received. A notice of legal proceedings should also be sent by tracked post or another verifiable method.
Operational notifications, policy changes, maintenance and service incidents may be delivered in the application or to the account administrator's registered email. Customers must keep contacts current.
Unless an Order Form says otherwise, the Agreement is governed by Swedish law and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, with the district court competent for the Provider's registered office as the first instance. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Klocktech subscriptions are B2B-only. Swedish consumer complaint routes such as the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) are therefore not promised for these agreements. If Klocktech later offers a consumer service, separate consumer terms and mandatory complaint information must be created before launch.
Individuals may complain about personal-data processing to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, or another competent supervisory authority. This does not prevent them from contacting the Provider first or exercising other legal rights.
