Website Terms of Use

Status: Draft v0.9 — 11 August 2026 — legal and operational review required before publication. Current provider: Heritage Timepieces AB, org. no. 559491-1157, VAT SE559491115701, Kungsgatan 2C, 223 50 Lund, Sweden. Entity notice: Klocktech AB is under registration and is not the current contracting party. Registration alone does not transfer an agreement. Contacts: legal@heritagetp.com (legal/privacy) · info@heritagetp.com (general).

1. Scope

These terms govern access to Klocktech's public website, demonstrations, waitlists, contact forms, downloadable material and other public content. Use of a subscribed application is governed by the SaaS Subscription Terms and applicable Order Form.

These terms explain the conditions on which public material is made available. Browsing alone does not create a paid subscription. Where the Provider relies on a licence, liability allocation or other contractual restriction for a download, demo, account or submission, it must display a prominent link and obtain affirmative acceptance at the relevant action. A visitor who does not accept an applicable condition must not take that action.

2. Business information, not professional advice

Website material describes a developing B2B software product. It is provided for general information and may not reflect every plan, country, integration, limitation or release date. References to planned functions, roadmaps, integrations, availability, pricing, market information, AI output or performance are not binding commitments unless included in a signed Order Form.

Nothing on the website is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, valuation, authentication or insurance advice. A visitor must make its own professional and commercial assessment.

3. Permitted use

The Provider grants a limited, revocable and non-transferable permission to access the website for legitimate evaluation of Klocktech. The visitor may download or print a reasonable number of pages for internal business evaluation, keeping proprietary notices intact.

The visitor must not:

  • interfere with, overload, damage or test the website or its security without written permission;
  • attempt to access non-public systems, accounts or data;
  • introduce malware, malicious code or deceptive submissions;
  • use automated means to scrape, crawl, index, copy or monitor the website except a generally available search engine acting under the Provider's published technical instructions;
  • use the website to identify, collect or infer another dealer's inventory, customers, prices, serials, images or business information;
  • reproduce or exploit website content, branding, databases or documentation beyond mandatory legal rights; or
  • misrepresent affiliation with the Provider.

Security research is governed only by the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. That policy does not authorise testing of third-party services.

4. Enquiries and feedback

The visitor confirms that information submitted through a contact, demo or waitlist form is accurate and may lawfully be provided. The Provider may use the information to answer the request, administer a potential business relationship, maintain security and send marketing where permitted. The Privacy Notice explains the relevant processing.

General suggestions may be used without restriction or payment, but the Provider does not request confidential inventions or source code through public forms. A signed confidentiality agreement controls if one exists.

5. Intellectual property

The website, product names, text, graphics, interfaces, software, documentation and other content are owned by or licensed to the Provider and protected under applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted by implication. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

6. External links and services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. The Provider does not control their content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms. Access is at the visitor's own risk.

7. Availability and corrections

The Provider may change, suspend or withdraw public website content. It takes reasonable care but does not warrant that the website is uninterrupted, error-free, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Mandatory rights are unaffected. Please report material errors to legal@heritagetp.com.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of free public website content. Its aggregate liability arising from such use is limited to SEK 5,000, except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. A subscribed customer's rights are governed by its agreement instead.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, with the district court competent for the Provider's registered office as the first instance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
